About the Role As a Sales Account Manager , you'll be the first point of contact for key customers-building lasting relationships, driving revenue growth. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role where you'll meet with builders, contractors, and site managers on job sites and in offices, showcasing a full product range and delivering tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
Meeting (and exceeding) sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing deals
Visiting job sites and offices to engage with clients directly
Delivering tailored presentations on products and services
Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and support
About You You're a motivated, hands-on sales professional with technical product knowledge, strong relationship skills, and commercial drive. You'll manage key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and partner with clients to deliver tailored solutions that strengthen long-term business
You'll have:
Proven sales experience within construction, reinforced steel, or building supplies.
Strong ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships
A track record of achieving (and surpassing) sales quotas
A practical, resilient, and self-motivated approach-comfortable engaging on construction sites as well as in offices
Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
