We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our growing team in Sydney, supporting the Australian market. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by strengthening relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that help our clients succeed.
As an Account Manager, you'll execute our Australian sales strategy within defined markets, focusing on upselling and cross-selling to an established customer base. You'll work closely with internal teams and key decision-makers to retain, expand, and maximize customer value — all while achieving and exceeding your sales targets.

This role is hybrid based in our Sydney office 3 days and 2 days WFH. We have offices in Melbourne and Brisbane and are open to candidates in these locations as well.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of B2B clients through proactive relationship management and solution selling.
- Execute the sales strategy to deliver growth across existing client portfolios.
- Respond to all inbound leads within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and proactively identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct discovery meetings to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective account coverage.
- Attend training, team meetings, and industry events to stay ahead of market trends and maintain an effective network in the industry.
- Conduct commercial meetings with clients at all levels — including senior executives — to present proposals, negotiate terms, and close opportunities.
- Leverage consultative selling techniques and recognized sales methodologies to uncover opportunities and maximize customer value.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales and account management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate client needs into tailored business solutions.
- Demonstrated success in consultative, face-to-face selling and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Experience selling tech solutions into commercial industries (legal, conveyancing, professional services highly regarded).
- Skilled at building and maintaining professional networks and long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and provide client-focused solutions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency using CRMs (Salesforce highly regarded) and a high level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using a recognized sales methodology to drive performance and pipeline management.
- Collaborative team player with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and achieving both individual and team objectives.
