About the role: The Event Coordinator will execute and oversee all experience requests and events on the day of delivery within our client's Sydney office. This position involves hands-on coordination during events, managing direct interactions with employees, executives, customers, partners and guests, while working closely with Event Supervisors and the hospitality team to ensure flawless real-time execution of best-in-class experiences that are uniquely our client's. This role focuses on operational delivery and execution rather than event planning or strategy.
