Event Coordinator | Centennial Homestead | Trippas White Group
We are seeking an experienced event professional, self-motivated and passionate to join our dynamic events team at Centennial Homestead, home to over 250 corporate, social and weddings per year. Hit the ground running in coordinating and planning multi-faceted corporate events, conducting multi-stakeholder site inspections, and ensuring event details are clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders in a professional and timely manner. Lead by our Senior Venue Manager, we aim to maximise client satisfaction, achieve operational excellence and drive revenue through upsell and value-add propositions for our clients.
Role is for an immediate start and is a full-time position (Monday – Friday) with the willingness to support the demands of the industry.

Responsibilities- Coordinate and plan multi-faceted corporate events
- Conduct multi-stakeholder site inspections
- Administrative tasks to ensure event details are clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders
- Liaise with all necessary parties to present Centennial Homestead as an iconic event venue
- Collaborate with venues and clients to maximise client satisfaction and deliver successful events
- Minimum 1.5 years experience in a similar role within venue event management preferred
- Highly organised with impeccable time management skills
- A strong focus on customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and administration acumen in event documentation delivery
- Industry knowledge and understanding of market trends and competitors
- Event Management qualifications would be highly regarded
- Computer literacy in MS Office and familiarity with events management software highly desired
