Location: Perth-based with occasional site travel

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager in planning, executing, and delivering maintenance projects across various mining sites. About the Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in the coordination and administration of projects, ensuring that schedules, resources, and deliverables align with company and client expectations. You will play a key role in supporting project planning, reporting, procurement, and communication, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a structured environment and is looking to develop their career in project management within the mining sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance and shutdown projects.
- Coordinate and track project resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution.
- Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to provide project updates and status reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, procurement records, and compliance reports.
- Assist with budget tracking, cost reporting, and procurement coordination.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance across all project phases.
- Identify project risks and support problem-solving and resolution efforts.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Site Administrator, or similar role in mining, maintenance, or industrial services.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance in the mining or construction industry (preferred).
- Full working rights in Australia.
