About the Role

We're seeking a proactive
Project Coordinator
to support a busy IT Project Management Office. This role plays a key part in improving project delivery efficiency by ensuring structure, consistency, and governance across multiple technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Administration & Coordination

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across a portfolio of IT projects.
  • Maintain project registers, documentation, and artefacts, ensuring risks, actions, and decisions are accurately recorded and updated.
  • Organise meetings, workshops, and governance forums — preparing agendas, compiling papers, and capturing clear minutes and actions.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple projects within an IT or technology PMO.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and governance (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a knack for keeping teams structured and informed.
  • Proficiency in project tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, Teams, or MS Project.

Desirable:

  • Qualifications in IT, Business, or Project Management.
  • PRINCE2 or CAPM certification.
