This document details the position description for a Project Co-ordinator in the Offshore Projects group in APAC. This role is based in Oceaneering Perth office which is located in Jandkot.
The Project Co-Ordinator is an integral member of the projects team. The position is designed to be an important function within the team to ensure that subsea and topside projects scopes are specified, manufactured, tested, and installed to meet operational objectives, company, national and international standards to ensure it integrates into and work well as an overall system.
The Project Co-Ordinator works collaboratively with the project management, engineering, workshop team as well as supporting services including, Supply Chain, HSE & Quality, suppliers and contractors.

The Project Co-ordinator will report to the Project Manager within the Engineered Solutions Service Group within OPG APAC.

**3 KEY HSE AND QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES**
The main HSE and Quality responsibilities are:
- Supporting the implementation of the Oceaneering HSE & Quality Core Processes and HSE & Quality objectives and Action Improvement plans.
- Providing support for the Oceaneering Crisis Management Team, where required.
- Involvement in the review and approval process for corporate and site management system documentation.
- Support & participate in HSE & Quality Audits.
- Responsibility for his/her own health and safety and that of other persons affected by his/her activities. and
- Active participation in LSR and safety cards, 5x5, JSEA, Tool Box talks, HAZID,FAT readiness reviews, offshore readiness reviews.
- Active participation in Lessons Learnt
- Actively engage in reduction of COPQ (cost of poor quality) and logging and closing NCR’s
(Non-conformance reports) and CAPAs (corrective and preventative actions)
Active participation in quality tenants

Project Coordinator Position Description
- The main responsibilities of the role are:
- To provide a range of project management and support services including but not limited too developing and maintaining project documents and schedules, preparing project related reports, coordinating project meetings and workshops requirements and implementing and monitoring project plans
- Preparing, tracking and updating project progress through bids, schedules, procurement, cost reports and work requirements to ensure project status is accurate and timely
- Initiate and Manage project part requirements through collaboration with Engineering, Projects and Supply Chain including developing and managing project BoM, raising requisitions and pars tracking
- Participate in Design Reviews
- Assist with reviewing and documenting current processes and capabilities
- Assist the Project Manager and team to manage multiple projects, activities, and associated resources
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate work requirements for Engineering, Projects and Workshop to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion
- Source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables
- Coordinating with 3rd party vendors, subcontractors and supply chain management to ensure successful management of vendors and orders, ensuring sharing of information for relayed for project execution
- Obtain a generalist understanding across supporting project workflow - Engineering, procurement, inventory and workshop
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
