Join our team as a Project Coordinator based in Perth. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager, ensuring seamless coordination of all tasks and processes. With excellent opportunities for career growth and development, through this role you will eventually gain the knowledge, skills and experience needed to confidently take on and manage small projects yourself.

**About you**
- Demonstrated previous experience working in Project Coordination and Administration roles, including working with financial billing, reporting, forecasting and monthly reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience, supporting Project Managers delivering ICT project and programs of work.
- Exposure to resource management, accounting systems, reporting systems, business processes.
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK.

**About the role**
- Coordinate and complete regular project administration activities including the financial billing, reporting, forecasting, monthly reconciliations, and coordinating resourcing and equipment.
- Liaise with Program and Project Managers to ensure the timely completion of responsibilities.
- Make certain that our valued customer and stakeholder needs are met as the project evolves.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items, project schedule and budget updates.
- Monitor and track project progress, communicate any issues that arise to the Project Manager.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
- Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and spend.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Once established and confident, lead the delivery of minor/small ICT projects.
