Epiroc is currently seeking a **Project Coordinator **to join the Project Management Office team based in **Perth**. This key role will support the successfully delivery of a large variety of technology and product based projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join a global company with a constantly evolving and exciting portfolio of projects.

**Responsibilities of this role consist of but are not limited to**:

- Liaising with customers to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Preparing and coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
- Identifying, mitigating, and eliminating project risks
- Ensuring that customers’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Management of employees in installation, commissioning, and support roles
- Engagement and management of white and blue collar contractors
- General project administration, purchasing, invoicing and reporting

**The successful applicant will have**:

- A firm commitment to working safely and looking after your colleagues
- Experience in a similar project management, coordination, or planning position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously
- Experience working with Epiroc or similar equipment OEM (desirable)
- Experience working with Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365 Applications and SAP (desirable)
- The ability to travel to regional and remote sites
