About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People and Culture Administration Officer to join our corporate team. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will provide administrative support to the Group Chief People and Culture Officer and Group Chief Information Officer, as well as assist with various human resources initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute People and Culture initiatives, including employee engagement programs, training and development activities, and recruitment processes.
  • Support the management of Kelsian's Service Recognition Program.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Develop recruitment advertisements and support new employee contracting and employment agreement preparation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR-related records and databases.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications related to Group/Corporate P&C programs and initiatives.
  • Provide support for Group/Corporate P&C projects and special events.
  • Perform general office duties, such as processing invoices and managing expenses.
Requirements
  • Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a P&C or executive support capacity.
  • Familiarity with HR Systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Desirable - Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment, especially in HR or people & Culture teams.
