We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join one of our clients.
This position would suit an early career Human Resources professional or someone looking to enter the field. Working in a team of experienced HR staff members, the opportunity offers mentoring and development in HR. The position will provide administrative support to, and assistance with, various aspects and functions of the People and Culture team, working both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
**Position Summary**:
The People and Culture Administrator will support the delivery of services, initiatives and administrative requirements of the People and Culture function.
The People and Culture Administrator will work closely with the P&C team to provide administrative support to a broad range of tasks and duties. In particular, the People and Culture Administrator will support functions including, maintenance of data, managing job boards and organisational compliance.
A task-focused attitude is important in this role, and we are seeking someone who can ensure accuracy and precision, plus an ability to work to timeframes.
**Experience**:
- Reviewing, updating and distribution of Policies and Procedures.
- Staff leave requests.
- Providing administration support to all teams as required.
- Creation and distribution HR related communications to staff.
- Staff onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Staff uniform registry.
**Essential Selection Criteria**:
- Demonstrated experience with an administrative role within corporate services.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to always maintain confidentiality.
