**About the role**
- The position will provide ongoing support to various functions within Finance, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and the Cashiers office. You will assist in ensuring and all day-to-day operational tasks are completed.

Your communication and interpersonal skills will be of the highest standard, including the ability to identify and solve problems constructively, along with a history of administrative excellence. High quality computer skills are essential for this role with particular emphasis on accurate data entry. Previous experience in a community or health environment is desirable.

**Key Responsibilitie**
- Handling of cash
- Preparation and reconciliation of daily bank deports
- Maintenance of debtor files
- Daily batch processing
- Point of contact for customer queries

- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- High level computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
