**About the role**:
Our client is an ASX listed, leading global manufacturer of industrial PPE with over 125 years in the safety equipment industry.
Based in / around Sydney Metro you will service clients across the greater Sydney region, with occasional travel to SEQ.
On offer is a salary package of $90 - $95K Base, 16K car allowance, company fuel card, 11% Super and 30% bonus structure
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients within your designated territory.
- Identify potential customers and conduct effective prospecting to expand our client base.
- Demonstrate our clients cutting-edge PPE solutions to end users, showcasing their benefits and value to potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the network of distributers to drive sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve territory targets and company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Passion for sales and a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Experienced in B2B solutions selling is a must
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity.
- Problem-solving mindset to address customer inquiries and challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
- Previous experience in sales, especially in PPE or industrial products, is a plus.
