Territory Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales and executing our dynamic
sales strategy to smash revenue targets and conquer business goals. Develop killer
sales plans, spot market trends and build rock-solid relationships with our awesome
customers. If you're a strategic thinker with a knack for sales and a passion for growth,
we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth and Revenue:

- Develop sales plans that outline goals, tactics, and timelines for achieving sales
targets
- Identify new business opportunities through eective lead generation activities
including networking, and industry research.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for
growth.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activities, market
trends, and competitive threats.
- Perform competitive analysis to understand competitor strengths and
weaknesses
- Negotiate pricing with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
2. Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead, mentor, and build a team of Account Managers to achieve individual and
team sales targets.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing team
- Conduct regular performance reviews and improve the team skills and
productivity.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
3. Customer Relaonship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist Account Managers, who will serve as the primary point of contact for key
customers within the territory.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Sales Collateral and Branding:

- Manage the development and deployment of sales collateral, and branding that
support the territory eectiveness.
5. Administrave Dues:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and
transactions in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in a territory management role.
Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel within the territory as required.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape
