**The Position**
The Customer Service Officer (CSO) position is a diverse administration role that is integral to supporting the day-to-day operations of Mobo Group.
This vacancy is based at the Hindmarsh site, with flexibility to work at the Oakden site depending on business needs. The four CSO team members may be rostered at either of the two site locations to cover leave absence, broaden skills and to maintain the efficient and effective management of these vital administration support functions.
**Responsibilities**
- Order receipt and processing
- Data entry and maintenance of sales systems
- Customer correspondence both written and verbal
- Preparation of administration packs for the production environment
- Data collection, processing, and maintenance of performance metrics
- Minute taking and reporting at weekly meetings
- Management and reporting of time and attendance records for supported employees
- Assist with administrative development of work instructions for the business operations
- Identify, report and assist with the management of NDIS supports and compliance issues
- Administration support to the Employee Development Officer team
- Preparation of documents, including for NDIS participants such as Service Agreements
- Maintenance of NDIS participant records and organisation systems supporting compliance
- Reception and general administration duties
- Review daily operational paperwork to ensure compliance
- Assist with other project activities as required
**Requirements**:
A current DHS Disability Services Employment Screening or NDIS Worker Screening, a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check is essential for this role.
