Are you an experienced Communications Manager looking to make a real impact in your next role?

We are currently looking for an experienced, hands-on, dynamic Communications Manager. This newly created role sits in our Rehab and Health Services Division across a diverse portfolio of brands. This role will initially focus on developing and implementing internal communications strategies that support key business objectives, including supporting the roll out of a major transformation project across all the brands. As you get established, there will also be the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of external communications strategies for targeted brands in the portfolio.

This is an exciting position for a visionary Communications Manager who wants to make a real impact, and who enjoys bringing brands’ purposes and values to life through compelling messages across a range of communications channels and mediums.
**Job Description** Key responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of the communications strategy for a major transformation project across the portfolio
- Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders to collaborate on and identify communications opportunities
- Stay informed of industry news and developments
- Regularly analyse data and report on the success of communications initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

**Qualifications** Attributes and experience**
- Tertiary qualification in journalism, English language or literature, communications or another relevant discipline
- At least 7+ years of relevant corporate communications experience, with proven experience in a large complex organisation and/or multi-brand portfolio
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an engaging manner to a variety of audiences and adjust tone across brands
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong relationship building skills across all levels of an organisation
- Previous healthcare experience would be advantageous but not essential
