  • Run Memorable Events: Help manage internal events like Town Halls, ensuring they’re seamless and engaging for both in-person and virtual attendees.

  • Keep It Fresh: Update the intranet with fun and relevant content that showcases Domain’s successes and strategy.

  • Manage LinkedIn: Execute Domain Group’s LinkedIn program, amplifying our brand story externally.

  • Measure Success: Track internal communications metrics and share insights to keep improving our approach.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2-5 Years of Experience: You’ve dabbled in internal communications, marketing, or a related field and want to take the next step.

  • Storytelling Skills: You know how to craft a compelling story that grabs attention and drives engagement.

  • A Collaborative Mindset: You enjoy working with different teams and building strong relationships.

  • Organizational Skills: You can juggle multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work on time.
