">We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Oceania team and drive solution sales of our managed technology services portfolio. As Global Event Solutions Manager - Oceania, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key customers, and driving revenue growth in the region.
">Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Lead the Oceania MT Team and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.">
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Oceania market, leveraging your expertise in event production and managed technology solutions.">
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive repeat business and referrals.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and technicians, to deliver world-class managed services.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A proven track record of success in sales, ideally in the broadcast and major events market or as a senior engineer/team leader in major events.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.">
- Broad knowledge of event production, particularly around video, audio, and communications technology.">
- Ability to travel throughout the dedicated sales territories, with occasional international travel required.">
