Key responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and initiative.
- Handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Lead regional technical teams to support GTM success.
- Stay informed about market trends and transitions.
- Understand data network systems architecture and its business implications.
- Experience with collaborative business strategies.
- Foster career growth for team members.
Skills and qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the networking industry, with expertise in Packet-Optical, IMS, VOIP, and automation.
- Fundamentals in designing IP/MPLS solutions.
- Fundamentals with DWDM and ROADM solutions.
- Prior experience leading technical projects and teams.
- Familiarity with pre-sales engineering processes and sales stages.
- Understanding of enterprise networking and buyer personas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and manage technical work streams effectively.
