Job Summary

As an Internal Communications Coordinator in our Marketing - Corporate Communications & PR team, you'll play a key role in helping our employees stay connected to our culture, strategy, and goals. This junior role offers creative freedom and hands-on learning opportunities, allowing you to flex your skills and grow your career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft engaging content, including newsletters, videos, articles, and digital assets that connect employees with our goals and values.
  • Collaborate across teams, such as marketing, leadership, and people experience, to align messaging and bring ideas to life.
  • Run memorable events like Town Halls, ensuring they're seamless and engaging for both in-person and virtual attendees.
  • Keep our intranet fresh with fun and relevant content showcasing our successes and strategy.
  • Manage our LinkedIn program, amplifying our brand story externally.
  • Measure success by tracking internal communications metrics and sharing insights to improve our approach.
What You'll Bring
  • 2-5 years of experience in internal communications, marketing, or a related field, looking to take the next step.
