**In this role, you'll**:
You will join the content team and be responsible for driving the consolidation, development, and delivery of Transport’s content plan, aligning it with the organisation’s strategic objectives. You will lead and manage a team to provide content production services, ensuring adherence to the organisation’s content plan. The team collaborates with content transformation specialists and the department of customer service to serve internal and external stakeholders.

You will drive change and transformation within our organisation’s digital customer experience, requiring a unique blend of skills and experience. Compliance with content and accessibility (WCAG 2.1) guidelines is essential to assist content users and owners in producing customer-centric information. You will also ensure compliance with OneCX, Design.NSW standards, and Transport Brand guidelines.

**About you**
- Experience managing end-to-end content production, working with a range of stakeholders to design, write, optimise, and publish content for customers.
- Experience managing multiple websites and content management systems concurrently.
- Experience with Drupal or Enterprise CMS, SEO/Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, WCAG 2.1 compliance, and general quality assurance skills.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Proven ability to execute a change agenda in business and people transformation.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in a transformation role is highly desirable.
