To look after a team of Technical Records Engineer in BAU Scanning team, Sydney.

How do you get to contribute to your role as a Team Lead
- Scanning, sorting and digital migration of aircraft technical records.
- Maintain scanning reports and send it weekly/monthly to flydocs CSM, TRM and Team Lead. Regular filling of timesheet/Intervals of self and team.
- Make sure we have all the needed substantial and other items in Office.
- Achieve projects target in the fixed timeline.
- Leaves Approvals.
- Look after Team, their queries, and other issues. Timely review and response to the raised Internal/External Queries.
- The team leader monitors the quantitative and qualitative achievements of the team and reports results to a manager.
- Make sure the team is aligned to Project Goals and work together with team to accomplish.
- Inputs for process Improvement and process changes during the project.
- Along with the role, the Team lead will be working on Scanning/Sorting along with Team.
- Meeting project targets with regards to efficiency of completing the scanning of documents within timeline.
- Guarantee the integrity of the data being scanned and ensuring the appropriate scanning settings are used to ensure right resolution and page orientation is a 100 %accurate.
- Be an ambassador for flydocs when interacting with or dealing with queries from customers.
- Training new employees for the whole process with proper guidelines.
- Customer feedback on daily progress against scanning targets.
- Set scanner parameters as identified for each job to ensure accurate handling per customer specifications.
- Responsible for daily maintenance, including cleaning, of scanner to ensure image quality. Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required.
- Preparing boxes for archiving boxes against in line with procedure / requirements.
- Meeting housekeeping expectations ensuring outstanding visual management of the work environment.

**Requirements**:
Required:

- Minimum of two year’s records management administration experience
- Proficient at Microsoft suite [ Excel and Word] /Adobe Acrobat Professional software proficiency.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift and move archive boxes with reasonable frequency.
