We are looking for an empathetic and reliable _Administration Officer_** **to join our ECA Team
More than just a skills-based role, we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, who values being part of a team, using their initiative, and contributing to the creation of a customer-centred, professional, and friendly working environment.

In this varied role, you will:

- Support the ECA team with daily operations, inquiries, scheduling meetings, WH&S tasks, data collection, reporting, bookings and other ad hoc duties as required.
- Maintain up to date spreadsheets, data, files and other documents as required.
- Contribute to a workplace environment which supports peers, teamwork and ensures the provision of quality services for clients.

**Qualifications**:
To thrive in this role, you will have:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working efficiently in a similar, complex and fast paced environment.
- Proven track record in developing, implementing and maintaining operational workflow processes.
- Proven initiative, confidence and ability to support other admin staff in the office.
- Experience in processing invoices and credit card reconciliation.
- Exceptional computer skills with experience and the ability to gather data and prepare detailed reports.
- Highly regarded experience and qualifications_
- Early Childhood, NDIS or disability experience.
- Qualifications in office/business administration or related field.
