We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Office Administrator / Office Manager to join our team at Oyster People. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for planning, compliance, and delivery of administration across our clients business.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an administrative central point
- Ensure compliance is up to date
- Sales Administration
- Employment contracts
- Undertake other adhoc duties and tasks as required
- Experience within Real Estate
- 2 + years' experience in operations / administration
- Extremely well organised
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Passion for excellent customer service
- Ability to maintain conflicting priorities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive can-do attitude
