Job Description

Clinic Administration Officer-(EKC00003N) ABOUT US EKCO Hand Therapy is Queensland’s largest hand and upper limb rehabilitation organisation. If you could define the EKCO Hand Therapy team in one word, it would be passionate. Our team consists of approximately 46 practitioners in hand therapy and 15 administration staff who operate from eight clinics in the greater Brisbane area. We work together to deliver state-of-the-art treatment programs and innovative rehabilitation techniques for our patients. Our hand therapists work closely with leading hand and upper limb surgeons and run join clinics within their rooms on a weekly basis. Our caseload ranges from elite sportspeople and multi-trauma, to conservative management of tendinopathies and degenerative disease. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Clinic Administration Officer to join our team, working across various locations, including: Ipswich, Brookwater, Chermside and Central CBD locations. This is a Full-Time position, working 38 hours a week ,9 days a fortnight. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, this position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands.

DUTIES

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Reception and general administration duties Processing medical bookings Results management Administering health questionnaires Data inputting Invoicing CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will be well organised and have great administration skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills together with the following:
