Retail Change and Continuos Improvement Lead

With that comes the need to have the right people in place to effectively transition us through the change as well as champion what that process looks like. Hence, we have an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced change specialist. As mentioned, we’ll need you to take ownership of the design and execution of the Change and Continuous Improvement Strategy for the business implementation stream of BOQ Group’s retail transformation projects. This is across all three of our brands Me Bank, Virgin Money Australia and BOQ. You will support our Scrum Master to establish, maintain and manage implementation of project key messages, positioning and strategic narrative for bankers, customers and internal stakeholders. We encourage you to think creatively, bring your own flare to create effective change and for key internal stakeholder groups. As a Change Lead, we’ll lean on you to coach and consult our senior project and business leaders to uplift change management and communications skills.
**About you**
It’s no secret, we really want someone with retail change experience We need someone who is a people focused change leader, someone who identifies and understand the impacts of change to the people in the business and prepares them accordingly. The size of projects you work on will vary, so it would be great if you’ve had exposure to various types. Certifications in change management from a recognised body (such as Prosci) will be highly regarded. The team is all about forward thinking, knowledge sharing and career progression. We want individuals who share the similar passions and will help to continue the fantastic culture we’ve created.
