As a key member of the Super Retail Group team, you will play a critical role in the successful adoption and entrenchment of a leading HRIS and Payroll system across the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Change & Ways of Working, you will work closely with HR, Payroll, and Technology peers to understand current processes, identify potential areas of impact, and design strategies to support SRG employees during the change.

Key responsibilities include developing change management strategies, designing change tactics, and personalising the change experience for impacted personas.

You will also evaluate the organisation's current preparedness for the change, partner with process experts to document the current state and outline the desired future state, and develop and execute targeted communication and stakeholder engagement plans.

Additionally, you will assess the skills, knowledge, and capabilities employees will need in the new environment and identify any gaps that training should address.

About You

  • You have significant experience in delivering large, complex HRIS and/or Payroll system change initiatives.
  • You possess proficiency and competence working with various stakeholders, including Senior Leadership Teams, HR, Technology, and Payroll peers.
  • You have a practical and commercial understanding of change management and appreciate the positive impact successful change management can have on an organisation.
  • You have impeccable communication skills across all communication channels and a razor-sharp eye for detail.
  • You are a natural facilitator and trainer, and you enjoy working in a complex business undergoing significant change.
  • You hold a certification in Change Management and a Bachelor or Postgraduate qualification in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Organisational Psychology or equivalent experience in a related role.
