As a valued member of our Marketing and Brand team, you’ll bring your strong commercial mindset and expertise as a
**Customer Strategy & GTM Lead (Innovation)**. We are looking for a strong customer and commercial orientated marketer to join our team.
Based in
**Melbourne**, you will have the opportunity to shape and create compelling consumer value propositions, develop the customer strategy and the go to market plan for new innovative products for consumers in their home. We have aggressive growth ambitions, your strategic and creative communications skills will be critical to drive all launch initiatives across the team to ensure we maximise the voice of customer and drive impact to both our existing customers, future customers, and ensure stakeholder engagement.
You will be known for your collaboration style and ability to execute strategic communication objectives in a creative and interesting way, along with as a passion for collaborative GTM planning.
With respect, integrity and honesty, you will:
- Work with stakeholders to facilitate and capture insights and opportunities;
- Connect with global teams for guidance and existing frameworks;
- Build and execute the CVP to drive innovative home solutions;
- Work across the Project to assist all streams to deliver on the CVP;
- Develop a customer strategy and segmentation plan;
- Identify possible launch partner and channel opportunities;
- Assess market conditions to identify ideal launch timings;
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and timeliness of final deliverables prior to launch;
- Develop customer acquisition targets;
- Develop relevant media and creative launch plan;
- Working across the marketing group coordinate and execute the launch program;
- Ongoing ownership of customer marketing strategy and customer numbers;
- Working with project team to address and rectify customer feedback and opportunities to improve;
- Analytical and critical thinking to review changes, improvements to deliver ongoing business objectives;
**What you’ll bring**
Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:
- Experience in Customer strategy/ marketing / GTM planning;
- Demonstrated end to end launch /execution experience - strategy, development and execution;
- Demonstrated experience with developing strategic and brand communications objectives;
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in marketing / communications/ commerce or equivalent;
- Ability to present to stakeholders in a clearly, concisely, and confidently, both verbally and written;
- Comfortable working with ambiguity;
- Understanding Analytics from enterprise Saas platforms - Salesforce, Tableau and GMP;
- Coordinate UX/UI testing and optimisation programs;
- Experience with prototyping apps;
- Roadmap and journey mapping experience;
- Comfortable in bringing people together to share your ideas and gather feedback;
- A passion for driving customer impact and contributing to team success; and
- Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships through excellent interpersonal skills with enthusiasm, honesty, and the ability to work autonomously.
