We have an exciting opportunity for a **Territory Manager** to join our _Structural Heart_ division. This role is based in Adelaide and covers the South Australia territory.

The role is primarily responsible for clinical and sales support for our **Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVI)** technology, Portico and our next generation TAVI system.

**The main aspects of this role include**:

- Assist customers and other clinical stakeholders with Portico case planning, including assessing patient suitability.
- Provide clinical case coverage during the Portico procedure.
- Interact with customers and other clinical stakeholders for any post-case Portico discussion and evaluation.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and physicians within the Portico account (i.e. Interventionalist, Cardiologists, CV Surgeon, Valve Coordinator, Nurse Unit Manager, General Cardiologist) to generate awareness and referrals.
- Assist in conducting customer training workshop (including echo workshops) ranging from on-boarding training activities to continuous education to maintaining and increasing physician skill levels.
- Optimise process regarding patient screening and procedure scheduling.
- Call on referring physicians to present the Portico technology and clinical data.
- Advice physicians and team members on complicated cases.
- Support local and national conferences / programs.

This role may require some on-call and after-hours responsibilities and some rural, interstate and possibly international travel may be required to fulfil your duties and training requirements.

**What you will bring to this role**:

- Tertiary qualifications in biomedical / engineering / medical science / human movement or related field (Coronary Care Nursing/Cardiac Technician) is essential.
- Experience in an identical role within TAVI is highly advantageous, however, solid territory management (sales) experience in medical devices, pharma or healthcare-related field will be considered.
- Cath lab experience within the hospital network advantageous.
- Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts.
- Patient-centric, customer-focused and empathetic.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate clinical detail into relatable information.
- Business acumen and analytical skills.
- Proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced innovative environment.
- Flexibility for some regional travel is required, with the need to travel interstate on occasion.
