Our Hotel Guest Service Agents are the first point of contact for our guests staying at the hotel, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure as well as being a friendly face if any issues should arise. You will be part of a world class team creating memorable experiences for our guests.

**What are we looking for?**
- An individual with the genuine desire to be a perfect host and create a welcoming experience for our guests
- Previous experience in a 5-star establishment advantageous
- Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
- Good keyboard skills with knowledge of Property Management Systems (prior experience with Opera, Fidelio would be highly regarded)
- The ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)
- Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
