Exciting opportunity for a Plant Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Berkeley Vale.
Role Title: Plant Administrator
Hours: 7am - 3:30pm

**Salary**: $30 - $35 per hour plus super
Location: Berkeley Vale
Contract: Ongoing

**Your new company**
Hays are partnered with a well-established construction company based in Berkeley Vale. They are currently looking for an experienced Plant Administrator to join the team. This is an office-based role, working within a friendly and supportive team to grow and develop your skills in a rewarding and challenging position.

**Your new role**
Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Participate in the preparation of the project Plant Maintenance Management Plan.
- Assist in the implementation of JDE and related maintenance software for the project, including inventory for plant spare parts management.
- Assist with the development of procedures to ensure efficient data capture across all operating sites and effective control procedures.
- Ensure the implementation of procedures for the efficient processing of creditor/supplier invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of all monthly, quarterly, and year-end plant reports in accordance with corporate requirements.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive experience working as a Plant Administrator.
- Advance knowledge and experience in JDE.
- Experience in integrated and interfaced plant maintenance management systems.
- Understanding of financial systems, principles, and processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to seek information and liaise with stakeholders.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and strong communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
