We also provide electricity and gas to more than 1.1 million retail customers through Red Energy and Lumo Energy.

The Hunter Power Project, a gas-fired power station located in Kurri Kurri, NSW will supplement Snowy Hydro's generation portfolio with dispatchable capacity underpinning when the needs of electricity consumers are highest. The power station will comprise two heavy-duty, open cycle gas turbines (OCGT) and are the latest and most efficient turbines that the world's best manufacturers can offer for the site. **About The Role**

Snowy Hydro - Hunter are seeking a **Quality** **Administrator** to support the Business Improvement & Performance team across projects based out of Newcastle.

This newly created position will play a pivotal role, assisting in developing quality & governance frameworks to support the business, as well as continuous improvement strategies and the standardisation of processes.

This role would suit someone with high energy and who embraces a challenge, while also looking to grow their current skill set in a very diverse and inclusive team.

**A day in the life of**:

- Experience within a QA program; monitoring, record keeping, training, and coaching
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills including ability to facilitate & communicate effectively with line managers, team leaders and training participants
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships to ensure a consistent message in quality and compliance including communications when changes are implemented
- Complete risk management activities by taking proactive and preventive action to reduce risks
- Facilitate training sessions based off trends trend analysis, regulatory changes, process changes, and compliance obligations

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience working with quality frameworks
- Sound administration and computing skills, specifically in the use the MS Office
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Creativity and think outside of the box
