We currently have an opportunity for a Waste Business Unit Coordinator to join the Waste Team. As a Waste Business Unit Coordinator you will get to:

- Assist to coordinate the effective and efficient operation of the waste and recycling collection service.
- Coordinate the efficient operation of the waste, recycling and business unit hire services.
- Effectively coordinate and supervise multi-disciplinary teams applicable to the position.
- Promote the image of Council as an efficient courteous and professional organisation.

**What we offer...**
- Permanent full time, 38 hours per week
- Annual salary from $84,076.72 to $99,679.32 (salary is dependent on qualifications, skills and experience)
- Plus 11% superannuation
- Phone, laptop and leaseback

**What you'll need to be successful in the role...**
- Certificate IV in Waste Management or equivalent.
- Class HC Drivers Licence
- Experience working in the waste and recycling industry.
- Experience supervising staff with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolutions skills.
- Experience completing rosters, timesheets, work schedules and risk assessments.
- Experience driving heavy vehicles requiring a Class HC Driver’s Licence and Safe Work LF Certificate.
