**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing of multiple clients case loads.
- Overseeing day-to-day running of client's supports, onboarding, scheduling supports to managing their check-ins, and organising and facilitating the training needed for support staff.
- Building part of the client's stakeholders team and forming relationships with clients, other service providers, and professional therapists.
- Tending to face-to-face situations that arise whilst clients are on support.
- Providing positive and constructive feedback to supervisors on the client
- Preparing for end of plan reviews.
- Working with clients and families to ensure the services requested fit into client support plans and government guidelines.
- Assisting clients to achieve their goals and strive for positive outcomes through the use of a person centered approach.
**Requirements & Skills**:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge and experience in Disability Services.
- Knowledge of software processes and computer skills.
- Entering and recording of data.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to problem solve and demonstrate resilience when dealing with the day to day running of programs and supports.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and growing business.
- Be able to provide leadership skills and to work with the team of staff that service individual clients.
