Leading Roles is seeking a Holiday Parks Coordinator for our local government client in South Coast New South Wales. This is a 3-to-6-month contract with accommodation provided.

As the Holiday Parks Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maximising the organisation's financial return by coordinating the Holiday Park portfolio in response to market demands. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Holiday Parks are maintained and operated in accordance with statutory requirements. Additionally, you will be instrumental in implementing, reviewing, and updating the Sustainable Improvement Strategy and Master Plan.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Implementing strategies to optimise the financial return from the Parks
- Ensure the recovery of debts are in accordance with policies and statutory requirements
- Preparation of monthly financial reports
- Ensuring compliance with Holiday Park standards and internal audit procedures
- Monitor and review the operation of the computerised linked booking system

**Essential skills and experience**:

- Relevant qualifications in business, tourism, hospitality, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the management of holiday parks or related facilities
- Sound knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and statutory requirements
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Proficient in using computer systems and related software
