The Technical Administration Support is primarily responsible for the administration and support of key accounts within the Vii business. Working with a Team of Gift Card Administrators, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of our Gift Card and Loyalty Programs. A typical day will include responding to client enquiries and requests, running and compiling reports, configuring program parameters, troubleshooting technical issues and inquiries and reconciling data and financial accounts. Working with assigned Senior Account Managers, you will also be responsible for assisting them in their day to day management of key accounts, as well as working on projects and other ad hoc tasks
- 0 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred (solution support)
- Ability to problem solve and grasp technical concepts essential
- A background in technical administration highly regarded but not essential, aptitude to pick up troubleshooting and supporting technical queries required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated, energetic and goal-oriented personality
- Highly developed organisational and prioritisation skills
- Good team spirit, ability to work well both autonomously and within a team with a positive and cohesive culture
- High degree of enthusiasm to contribute to business culture
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
