In this role, you will oversee and maintain all aspects of our IT infrastructure and provide technical and administrative support to end users on 5 sites with our ANZ region. Support encompasses break fix, site projects, IT initiatives and compliance activities. 

Job Responsibilities

Role and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Act as a Subject Matter Expert for local hardware and software solutions and provide guidance on applications Conduct image/reimage, break fix/hardware refresh etc of local IT hardware (e.g. workstations, printers, mobile phones) Provide hands on support for all local IT infrastructure for planned, unplanned, outages and turnarounds Assist and support Remote Desktop Support/Apps team on local applications Ensure IT end user support coordination is managed to end user satisfaction Supporting change management with a focus on service provider management Act as onsite contact and coordinator for dispatch technicians, outside vendors and service providers Assure communication to end users about IT Services including translation of IT related announcements Responsible for full end to end lifecycle asset management : Procurement to disposal Support inventory management including high value assets recording Provide support and guidance on mobile/data/voice line issues  Support and participate in site projects, enhancements, IT projects, compliance projects  Act as an IT representative and coordinator between business, IT and vendors

Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

Formal qualifications in IT and 5+ experience in IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, Desktop Support or similar with a focus on end-user support and coordination Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes Basic knowledge of project management Proven ability to work in a highly demanding environment dealing with conflicting priorities that requires initiative, flexibility, adaptability and high-level analytical problem identification/solving skills Highly motivated self-starter professional with a positive outlook and a hands-on approach Ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences Proficient in MS Office and Outlook essential Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with strong communication skills both written and oral Strong documentation skills and exceptional attention to detail Displays a commitment to quality and applies a thorough approach to their work Australian Drivers Licence essential Available to travel to all ANZ sites (approximately 25%)
