**Area Sales Manager - Furniture Solutions**
Our Client is a leading global polymer specialist operating in over 50 countries, they develop modern materials, technologies and services for the future. They drive progress for a better quality of life - help shape it They are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join their Furniture Solutions Team.

**Account Management**
- Cultivate and sustain ongoing business relationships with distributors and architects.
- Organize product events and training workshops.
- Keep track of activity logs and generate reports upon management's request.
- Researching customer needs and satisfaction, as well as effectively addressing and resolving complaints, is crucial to success in this role.

**Business Development**
- Identify and establish contact with architects, builders, and cabinet makers to oversee the project lifecycle, meet specifications, and ensure product installation is carried out correctly.
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects with both current and prospective clients.
- Track competitor activities and report significant market trends to management.
- Collaborate with industry associations and participate in events to market our clients products.

**What they want**:

- Ideally you have a minimum of 3-5 years sales experience with a mid to large size firm in a relevant industry sectors.
- Core competencies should encompass outstanding data analysis abilities, interpersonal skills, technical aptitude, proficiency in Excel, and experience with digital marketing initiatives.
- Additionally, essential requirements include strong team-building and organizational skills, robust business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills with a global perspective.

Based in an office and showroom in South Melbourne, you will serve clients throughout Victoria and the Eastern Seaboard. You'll represent a premium product that will instill pride. This role requires both intra-state and interstate travel. An attractive salary and a reachable performance bonus will be your rewards. You will also receive an annual Car Allowance of $15,100.
