**About the Role**
The Coordination Officer is a position within Regional Transport and is responsible for ensuring projects are ready for delivery. The Coordination Officer will develop plans for projects and work packages, oversee effective project governance and assurance processes, and manage program risk. The Program Coordinator will liaise with key internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifespan of a project to ensure its successful delivery.

**Position Outcomes**
The Program Coordinator has successfully prepared projects for delivery by developing comprehensive plans and overseeing project and work package readiness. They have also ensured compliance with governance standards and obligations for both projects and programs, while effectively identifying and managing program risks. Additionally, the Coordinator has cultivated strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering an approachable and respected presence. Furthermore, they actively promote and support safe, inclusive, and flexible team operations.
