We have a fantastic company who are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join their growing team. This role is a great starting point within the business and a good stepping stone to other roles throughout the business moving forward

This is a varied entry level role which is highly suited to a school leaver or maybe you have started University and realised it’s not for you and seeking an office career?

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Answer incoming calls
- Mail
- Typing - reports and general documentation
- Training and meeting room bookings
- General administrative tasks
- Running errands
- Scanning, filing, photocopying, etc
- Kitchen tidy
- Accurate typing (40wpm +)
- Intermediate skills in Word & Excel
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and a team player
- True desire to build a career within a busy office
- You must have completed your Senior Certificate and have achieved a good ATAR (maybe you’ve commenced a University degree and realise studying is not for you?)
- Happy to present in a professional manner (Corporate office)
