As the Head of National key Accounts for Pernod Ricard Australia, you will be responsible, for the development and implementation of the channel plan for Woolworths Endeavour and Coles Liquor Group to maximise on our company profit expectations.
Reporting into the Commercial Director you will be an engaging leader to the sales team, motivating and coaching them to exceed.
You will be an active member of the senior leadership team bringing new thinking, driving best practice and delivering efficiency improvements.
Just like our iconic brands we can offer you a career with a perfect blend of benefits, career opportunities, ethical responsibility all mixed with our culture of conviviality.- Develop and own the 3-year plan for the National Key Account channels, Endeavour Drinks & Coles Liquor Group- Develop appropriate activity to achieve financial targets including distribution, promotion and display activity.- Lead the customer business plan creation and implementation in collaboration with the Category team.- Achieve agreed sales revenue and volume growth targets in the channel.- Lead, motivate and influence the team to achieve the trading objectives and revenue targets for the region.

- Tertiary Qualification in Business (Commerce/ Finance)- Leadership experience in the FMCG industry managing P/Ls for Coles and Woolworths- Experience in managing and developing a high performing sale team.- Strong commercial acumen and previous experience in developing 3 years sales strategies.- Continuous improvement mind set with experience in leading change.- Resilience and agility to solve difficult problems, meet deadlines and achieve results.
