**About your new role**
We are looking for a dynamic **Affiliate Account Manager (12-month Contract) **to join our team at GrowthOps Performance. Someone who loves building relationships, is driven to hit targets, and is passionate in the field of performance marketing.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will take responsibility for:
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships at executive and senior levels
- Developing and executing revenue growing strategies and initiatives for our tier 1 Partnership Marketing clients
- Working hand-in-hand with the Affiliate & Partnership team across all partnership campaigns
- Driving revenue and profitability, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling service offerings
- Forecasting and budgeting across our client portfolios
- Presenting detailed and engaging reporting and insights to clients, agencies, and GrowthOps
**What we’d love to see from you**:
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in the field of Digital Performance Marketing
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills for performance metrics reports to clients and internal team
- Excellent track record of delivering ROI and client revenue for multiple clients
- Exposure to Partnerships and Network marketing, including areas such as Mobile, Search, Display, eDM, conversion optimisation & data
- Independent worker, effective communicator, and a team player
- A Bachelor's degree in Advertising / Marketing / Communications is highly desirable
