**The Job**:
HOYTS are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join us Based in our Sydney CBD office, the role is multi-faceted focusing on managing the brand experiences, social media, publicity and owned asset management with the aim of delivering marketing campaigns that encourage customers to choose HOYTS. The role is responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of the marketing communications strategy and maximising the impact of our marketing initiatives.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Assist in the development of the marketing strategy including movie promotion, screening programs, brand, cinema experiences, F&B, social media, corporate sales, retail sales, publicity and owned media assets.
- Ensure all activities are integrated, consistent, on brand and deliver on the overall business strategy.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, is compelling and engaging to our customers across our brand portfolio and leverages opportunities to engage our customers across a number of platforms.
- Assist in the management of the social media strategy across the HOYTS channels including local area communities.
- Create and drive the Public Relations strategy, managing the PR agency and overseeing projects and activations that secures media coverage and builds relationships with media outlets.
- Work effectively with the wider marketing and digital team to ensure brand strategies are successfully executed in the digital space.
- Lead a team of talented marketers ensuring that they are supported.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are correctly resourced to deliver set business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and stay ahead of the curve.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar.
- At least 6+ years working in a professional marketing environment or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and interpersonal are essential.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with attention to detail and 100% accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Managed staff with the ability to get the best out of their team.
- Budget awareness and good business sense.
- Sound experience in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, planning, media buying and strategising.
- The role requires an individual who can manage multiple projects within a busy team. and ensure team members deliver in a timely manner and with a successful outcome.
