**Role Overview**:
We're looking for a Marketing & Community Manager (full-time or fractional) that can build Brand and Community with a proven track record in social media and memberships or subscription businesses. This role demands a strategic thinker who can craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across multiple channels. You’ll also need to be adept at setting up marketing operations tools and handling data to drive our marketing efforts forward and be able to measure and track performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Test & experiment to find the right channels for Alchemy
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy across multiple channels nation wide.
- Manage and grow our social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement in current and new markets.
- Create and manage membership and subscription campaigns to drive sign-ups and retention.
- Design and execute EDM campaigns to communicate effectively with our community and promote our offerings.
- Set up and optimize marketing operations tools to track performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in setting up and using marketing operations tools (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a casual, flexible work environment.
