**The Role**
Make a difference in our community

Join a high performing and professional team with direct responsibility for the delivery of $20M of community facilities and associated infrastructure. You will be leading a small team to ensure new and upgraded buildings are designed and delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner, using the latest sustainable practices.

**About you**
You are an experienced and suitably qualified Coordinator or Senior Project Manager looking to take the next step, with suitable relevant qualifications who has demonstrated experience in the delivery of Built Form and Community Infrastructure projects and possess strong leadership and team management capabilities.

You have significant experience in the planning, design and delivery of major community facilities and associated infrastructure projects in a local government or community context. With significant knowledge of building and associated infrastructure projects including design and construction practices, and innovative sustainable solutions. You also have experience in the tendering, contract management and project management from inception to commissioning.

You will be someone who leads from the front, thinks methodically, can work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment, as well as someone who possesses a high standard of stakeholder management, project management, problem solving, negotiation and engagement skills. You will also need to be a registered engineer.
