**Your new company**

Based in Melbourne’s CBD, this government organisation is seeking a HR Analyst to provide temporary relief data driven reporting as part of a specialised team to support change across the department, including streamlining workforce data for future workforce planning, organisational chart realignment and ad-hoc HR reporting for 6 months.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline
- Demonstrated experience working within a similar role, providing high level ad-hoc reporting and data analysis across HR environments to support future workforce related needs
- Proven track-record using Microsoft Excel and Visio is essential
- Previous experience within the Victoria Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded, however not essential
