**About the Role**
As HR Analyst you will be instrumental in providing crucial data insights and information to leaders, enabling them to comprehend metrics into meaningful outputs. Work closely with a knowledgeable leader who will support you to navigate the business and empower you to grow your analytical toolkit. Be trusted to bring solutions forward and influence business direction. You will feel driven optimising efficiencies using tools like Power BI and ADP. Enhance the employee experience and dive into the intricacies of data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that contribute to a workplace culture focused on growth, satisfaction, and success.
In addition to this, you'll have the opportunity to build tools for the business using the Microsoft Power Suite. Proficiency in using SharePoint to automate and link flows together is critical.
