Dayforce Operation Analyst Opportunity

A 4-5 month contract is available for a Dayforce Operation Analyst to join our client partner's team in Melbourne, Australia. This role offers the possibility of extension and requires immediate start.

Green Light is a growing consulting organisation known for its work in Telecommunications and System Integration Services. Our client partner requires a skilled Dayforce Operation Analyst to optimize their HR processes and enhance user experience.

To be considered, candidates must possess the following skills:

  • System Management: Monitor and maintain the Dayforce system, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct regular analyses of data trends and system usage to identify opportunities for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and implement best practices within the Dayforce platform.
  • User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing inquiries and issues related to Dayforce functionalities. Conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the system effectively.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensure data compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations. Participate in audits and assist in maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Project Participation: Engage in system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations. Contribute to project planning and execution to align with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse needs, and facilitate communication between users and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. They should also be proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
