**About the Position**

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Instructional Designer to join our change management team within the Strategy and Performance Business Unit. As the Instructional Designer, you will be committed to promoting and developing a culture of learning. You will play a crucial role in the development of learning materials and programs to support the implementation of various ERP technology projects. The position involves designing, developing, and delivering instructional content that enhances the skills and knowledge of our employees and ensures smooth transitions and a high adoption rate of technology implementations.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your duties as the Instructional Designer will include but are not limited to:

- Collaborating with the change advisors and project teams to identify training needs and objectives related to ERP implementations.
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, user guides, and other educational resources.
- Utilise instructional design principles and methodologies to create curriculum that meets diverse learning styles and levels.
- Develop assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and effectiveness of training programs.
- Support the facilitation of training sessions providing hands-on instruction and support to end-users.
- Continuously evaluate and improve instructional materials based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and ERP systems.
- Support the change management process by ensuring that training programs align with overall change approach and framework.

**About You**

The following qualifications and experience are sought for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in instructional design, preferably within a government or public sector setting.
- Proven experience with ERP systems and related training programs.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency with e-learning tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to change priorities as required and manage time autonomously.
