**About the Role**
The Marketing Cloud Specialist at the University of Melbourne's Digital Strategy and Channels team plays a pivotal role in designing and maintaining personalised communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Collaborating with the Marketing Cloud team and senior developers, this position involves leadership, mentorship, and the execution of digital marketing campaigns in a university undergoing a digital transformation.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Recommend and implement solutions for effective constituent experiences
- Reviewing existing automations and journeys in Marketing Cloud, make recommendations to improve them, and then optimise and re-run them
- Providing technical support to a team of CRM Campaign Specialists, escalating complex issues to senior Marketing Cloud developers

**Who we are looking for**
You love technology and can bridge the gap between technical and marketing functions. You have experience creating responsive and personalised communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

You will also have:

- Proficient in AMP script and SQL
- Understanding of Marketing Cloud data models, including Contact Model, Data Views and Data Extensions
- A minimum of three years of Marketing Cloud or similar platform experience
